As a Pastor I am constantly praying that you and your families’ lives will be impacted by the Holy Spirit.

Did you know that Witches are praying that your families’ lives will be impacted by the spirits of death and destruction especially over Halloween.

October 31st – Halloween, is one of the biggest festivals in the Wiccan calendar, a time of remembrance of those they’ve lost. For them it’s a magical interval when the laws of time and space are suspended, Samhain Eve sees the veil between worlds at its thinnest, facilitating communication between ancestral spirits and the spirits of the departed loved ones. Originally, Samhain known as the ‘Feast of the Dead’

A quote from Anton LaVey, author of The Satanic Bible and founder of the Church of Satan, regarding Halloween has been popping up on social media these last few days. Allegedly LaVey said: “I’m glad Christians let their kids worship the Devil at least one night out of the year.”

The Bible is so clear that we as believers must not involve ourselves with the occult.

To our parents, the reason that we run a superheroes event on Halloween is to purposely provide an environment where our children can have a great night out in a safe and Christian environment. The cost charged for this event is only a small portion of the expense, with the church contributing the balance. I would really encourage you to support this event where people will be speaking blessings over your children, not curses and taking the pressure off you as parents in battling with your children wanting to participate in Halloween.

As parents we should never want to open our children up to being defiled by demonic spirits, Halloween can open a door for the enemy to have a foot hold in our children’s lives.

As a pastor I am being very strong in this because there is often so much compromise and often parents are totally unaware of the implications of participating in Halloween.
